Two spindles and two Kitagawa 206 chucks
The main and second spindles each carry a Kitagawa 206 chuck. This configuration supports machining both ends of a component with fewer transfers between machines, where the process permits.
CNC turning and milling centre
A turn-mill centre for workshops that need flexibility across parts and operations: main and second turning spindles, a B-axis milling head, a 40-position tool magazine and a Capto C6 (PSC63) interface. Mazatrol Fusion 640 MT control.
Price on request, negotiable. Invoice issued.
The Mazak Integrex 100 SY brings turning and milling together in one machining centre. For a workshop handling varied parts, its strength is flexibility: cylindrical machining can be combined with drilling, face milling, slots and angled features, depending on the part geometry and tooling.
The main and second spindle configuration allows both ends of a component to be machined on the same machine. A well-planned process can therefore reduce transfers between machines and repeated setups. It is an appealing option for prototypes, small and medium batches, or part families that require both turning and milling.

The machine is operational. Software configuration, included accessories and test operations are checked and agreed during the viewing.
The main and second spindles each carry a Kitagawa 206 chuck. This configuration supports machining both ends of a component with fewer transfers between machines, where the process permits.
The swivelling B-axis milling head provides access to inclined faces and angled holes. This opens up applications that might otherwise need additional setups or fixtures to change the machining angle.
The magazine provides capacity for turning, drilling, milling and finishing tools within one job. This is useful for components with multiple operations and for preparing tooling for several part families.
The modular Capto C6 (PSC63) interface offers flexibility when building tool assemblies. Mazatrol Fusion 640 MT control completes a platform designed to combine turning and milling operations.
The machine is operational and supports turning, milling, drilling and threading. The automatic tool changer is operational.
The machine can be inspected and tested at HABA RESEARCH SRL in Craiova, Romania. Arrange a viewing to check the operations relevant to your parts and the equipment included.
