CNC milling • parts from drawings • prototypes and small batches
CNC milling for custom metal parts
We machine CNC milled parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium and non-ferrous materials based on technical drawings, STEP files or sample parts.
Fast quote workflow
- send STEP/DXF/PDF or a sample part
- we review material, tolerances and workholding
- we return technical questions, price and lead time
- we can combine milling with laser cutting, bending, welding and coating
When CNC milling is the right process
CNC milling is suited for plates, housings, brackets, prismatic parts, bores, pockets, slots and functional surfaces where accuracy and repeatability matter.
What we can machine
- one-off parts, prototypes and small to medium batches
- milled plates and brackets from technical drawings
- bores, slots, pockets, threads and local finishing
- parts for machinery, automation and welded assemblies
Mazak Integrex 100 SY for complex parts
For parts combining milling and turning operations, we use a Mazak Integrex 100 SY with sub-spindle and 40-tool magazine, reducing setups and alignment risk between operations.
Which files help us quote faster?
A STEP file or dimensioned PDF, material, quantity, important tolerances and required finish.

What we agree before machining your part
A useful quotation defines the finished part and its acceptance criteria. The STEP model describes the geometry; the dimensioned drawing identifies tolerances and surfaces that control function. If the documents differ, we clarify the revision before releasing production.
| Information | What to include in the RFQ |
|---|---|
| Material and stock | State the material grade and whether you supply the blank or want it included in the quote. |
| Functional features | Specify fits, holes, threads, surface finish and mating faces where required. |
| Quantity and revision | Give quantities per part, the drawing revision and expected follow-up batches. |
| Inspection and delivery | Identify measurements to inspect, required documents, finish and delivery destination. |
Machining tolerances are agreed from the drawing and technical review. The indicative ±0.1 mm published for laser cutting is not a general tolerance for CNC milling or turning.
From the first part to a repeatable batch
For a new geometry, state whether a first part must be approved before the rest of the batch. Agree the inspection method and how manufacturing changes are accepted. For repeat orders, supply the approved revision and identify changes in material, quantity or finish. The delivery date is confirmed after reviewing the part and required operations.
