- Maximum laser cutting thickness: 25 mm steel and stainless steel, 15 mm aluminium.
- Laser cutting tolerance reference ±0.1 mm, confirmed per drawing.
- CNC bending on TRUMPF TruBend 5130 X (130 t press force, 4- and 6-axis backgauge).
- Laser welding as the preferred process (clean, low distortion, minimal post-processing) and TIG welding, including aluminium.
- Powder coating and assembly in one route; turn-mill machining on Mazak Integrex 100 SY.
- Accepted files: STEP, DXF, DWG, PDF or ZIP archive.
