What affects accuracy
Material, thickness, cutting length, geometry, inside bend radius, tooling and operation sequence all matter. Tight tolerances on every dimension can increase cost without improving function.
Laser cutting
Small features, holes close to edges and fine contours must be checked against thickness and geometry. The drawing determines the acceptance criteria.
CNC bending
Neutral axis, inside radius, springback and rolling direction influence the result. Mark final assembly dimensions, critical holes and visible surfaces; confirm tolerances before production.
