How we work
We review material, thickness, quantity, finish and function. After production, parts are inspected visually and dimensionally, then packaged to protect the finish.

Attention to detail through delivery

Can I send only a PDF?
Yes. A dimensioned PDF is enough for an initial discussion.
Can you suggest design changes?
Yes. We can suggest production-friendly changes, stiffening details or packaging options.
From a drawing to a quotation you can review
HABA Research manufactures in Craiova, Romania. For a part requiring several operations, send the finished geometry and the required quantity so we can discuss cutting, bending, welding and finishing as one scope.
Drawing revision
Send the current STEP model and dimensioned PDF, where available. Identify the drawing revision and critical dimensions.
Batch and finish
Specify material, thickness, quantity per part, visible surfaces and finish. Separate prototype quantities from repeat batches.
Delivery requirements
Include the delivery country and requested date. Production and transport arrangements are confirmed for the project.

Real project: a bending constraint identified before fabrication
Two assemblies, EN AW-5754 aluminium, 2.5 mm sheet. The requested single-piece geometry would collide with the bending machine frame, with a risk of deformation. The project combined DFM, laser cutting, bending, TIG and laser welding, and packaging.
