Laser cutting aluminium parts to drawing
We cut aluminium parts for industrial equipment, enclosures, brackets and prototypes from CAD files or dimensioned drawings.

- Lightweight panels, brackets, covers and machine parts
- Fast quotation from DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF
Send the material, thickness, quantity, tolerances, finish and target delivery date together with the CAD file.
Integrated production
Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, deburring, powder coating and light assembly can be coordinated in one production flow.
Choose the aluminium alloy for function and forming
Aluminium grade affects strength, formability, weldability, surface appearance and corrosion behaviour. EN AW-1050A is often considered for easily formed sheet parts, while 5754 combines useful strength with good forming and welding behaviour for many enclosures and brackets. The 6061 and 6082 families offer higher strength, but temper and bend geometry must be reviewed before production. A useful quotation identifies alloy, temper if known, thickness, quantity, critical dimensions, visible faces and the required finish.
HABA Research can combine laser cutting with CNC bending, deburring, machining, welding and finishing. Reviewing holes, edge distances and bend zones together helps avoid geometry that is easy to cut but difficult to form or assemble.
