From individual components to an inspected assembly
A reliable welded assembly depends on more than the weld seam. Cutting, bending, joint sequence, fixturing and measurement references must be considered together. HABA Research can manufacture the components, prepare edges, hold the geometry and check functional dimensions after welding. Depending on the project, the workflow can continue with grinding, drilling or machining, powder coating, light assembly and protective packing.
A useful RFQ includes the assembly drawing, component drawings, material grades, weld requirements, critical final dimensions, finish, quantity and delivery format.
