Welded panel with matte black powder coating
From CAD to the finished part: laser cutting, welding and matte black powder coating by HABA Research in Craiova, Romania.
The assembly combines a laser-cut steel panel, two cylindrical collars and mounting holes. The photos show both sides: the welded collars and the finished front surface.
Laser cutting and welded assembly
The panel outline, openings and mounting holes are laser-cut from sheet steel. The cylindrical collars are formed and welded to the panel.
Cutting, forming and welding are followed by electrostatic powder coating of the assembly.
Matte black powder coating
The assembled part receives electrostatically applied powder coating with a matte black finish. The front view highlights the finished surface around the openings and mounting holes.
