What we do
HABA Research produces custom metal parts and assemblies for companies that need manufacturing support from a drawing, CAD model, sample or technical specification. Typical work includes laser and plasma cutting, CNC bending, TIG/MIG/laser welding, CNC milling and turning, powder coating, assembly and protective packaging.
Who we work with
The company is relevant for procurement teams, engineering departments, machine builders, installers, distributors and product companies looking for repeatable metal components, prototypes, small batches or medium series.
Materials
We regularly process carbon steel S235/S355, stainless steel AISI 304/316/316L, aluminium, galvanized sheet, tubes, profiles and bars. Other grades can be reviewed by specification.
How RFQs are handled
The fastest requests include STEP, DXF or PDF files, material grade, thickness or profile dimensions, quantity, important tolerances, finish, packaging needs and target delivery date. If data is missing, we return with technical questions before quoting.
