Mazak Integrex 100 SY combines turning and milling operations on the same workpiece. For parts with diameters, milled flats, radial holes, slots, threads or machining on both ends, it reduces repeated setups and transfers between machines.
Our configuration includes Mazatrol 640 MT PC Fusion CNC control, 40-tool magazine, 3-jaw chucks on the main spindle and sub-spindle, parts catcher with conveyor, touch sensor and gantry loader. This supports repeatability, faster setup and more stable production for prototypes and small to medium batches.
